  Horrible customer service - emails are either unanswered, or answered a month later. You can talk to someone on the phone, and 10 mins later, the same person in real life will contradict themselves. Workmanship is bad, don't expect anything to last. They will also try to tell you the insurance company 'told' them to do the minimal amount of work, when they are the ones who are lazy.

  From when I dropped my car at Grand Touring Automotive, the gentleman that started the process was rude, arrogant and disrespectful. We had to get the managers from Grand Touring involved. Then Andrew took the charge. Andrew is very helpful and caring and kind (extremely customer care oriented). Unfortunately the car was totalled. When I went to pick up the belongings from the car, the person helping me behind the desk had the same attitude as the first person that helped. I’m starting to believe that this is a company wide issue for Assured. I’ve had the same treatment at the Leaside location. Frankly, I’m disappointed with the service, and I would suggest that you ask your insurance company for an alternate shop. Worst experience, thank god they will not be doing work on my car.

  Absolutely the worst automotive repair experience EVER. One big cluster F***. Stay clear from this place and run fast the other way.

  EXCELLENT. I've never been treated so well by a body shop. My car needed a new front and back end (rough week), and Assured not only did the job to perfection but did it quickly! On top of that, every single person I encountered was kind, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. My AUDI looks brand new.

  TERRIBLE in all aspects. They claim to have fixed my vehicle but broke something else and refused to pay for it. Don't go here they are crooks.
