  Went through the wrong doors today with my son in a stroller - the lady behind the desk immediately snapped at me that we are in the wrong place, I politely asked where to go and she responded with "not here - go across the hall" then started shutting the door on my son in his stroller... I'm sorry I made the mistake of going to this door it was an honest mistake but her ignorance and almost abuse was not appreciated. Her attitude has put a bad taste in my mouth for this entire facility. The other ladies just sat there looking at her almost in fear of the way she was speaking to me.
