  When you move in, the on-site landlord indicates if you have questions or concerns she will be there to quickly address them. That is not case, she does not respond in a timely manner, does not follow through with what she says and neglects the issue. When you call ASH Management office the respresentative of the building defends the landlord and also does not follow through with the concerns you have. This is a non smoking building; multiple tenants have complained about cigarette smoke and marijuana smell in the hallways and stairwells in which the landlord and a few other tenants do not obey the policy and smoke both in their unit.When you speak with the office representative she does not believe you or says she will follow up by sending notices out that take 6 weeks to get out to tenants and when it continues to happen and you call the office to take it further, she is rude and it sounds like you are bothering her. The building is not upkept on a regular basis. The heat does not work in my unit in which the landlord told me when I moved in the building controls the heat which is not the case. Overall it is cheap rent but I am Unsatisfied of the professionalism and the “policies” not being followed and no reprocusion to the landlord or tenants that do not follow the rules or so their job. Our voice needs to be heard.

  if u want to understand what hell feels like, bed with ASH management Group, the staffs can't return calls the managers never answers or reply emails. They only care about your money, don't get a lease with the devil

  STAY AWAY!!!!!!! This is a management company that does nothing to manage my building. Take my word for it, stay away. Just Google them and the building you are looking to move into and you will read enough on what they do not do. In the end all management company's are a busniess in it for the money and you will be the one that ends ups paying. Hope your manager does more than mine. Dealing with the situations that effect someone's living conditions requires some level of professionalism. A professionalism that my property manager does not have. She should count her self luck I don't out her here with the horriable careless job she is doing. Stay away, try elsewhere! Good Luck!

  The most awful agency I have dealt with bearing in kind I have been renting for 7 years. This is my experience I moved into the building in August, barely a months into the lease we started experiencing bug bite. They denied the building is infested, found out through online search and talking to fellow tenant that there is an infestation. My suite have been treated 9 times but we are still experiencing bites, we can't break our lease and no one will take the apartment off us because of the bugs. The last straw is when I have my check in late ( 3 days late) and I was sent a $400 bill for rent discount and late fees. I have never heard of having to pay for rent discount when rent is late. Please be weary of their small print. They target immigrants

  I have personally worked with Ash as part of a Condo board in a very large complex. They have always had our best interest in mind and have done a bang up job. Grant and Mark are very easy to work with and Readily available to us. They have a large array of contacts to get better prices then most. Highly recommend
