  My mom and I went to Arm Strong and Richardson at St Laurent Shopping centre in Ottawa, What a fantastic lady who waited on my Mom. The service we encountered was Fabulous, her Name is Karen she works at the Shoe store, and I can say Karen went beyond the call of duty.
