  can you guys... oh I dont know, actually pick up the phone for once? I called this location 9 times in one day and not once did they pick up, and I've called on several other occasions and they never answer. I've been to this location many times and I know you guys aren't that busy.... there's always like 5 employees standing at the cash, I'm sure one of you could pick up the phone.

  Not a lot of stores in town provide a stellar service but today was different. Working retail can be a disasters but JJ made it a breeze, taught me something new, and made the overall experience spectacular. Thank you!

  Least favourite location. The staff do not know how to offer quality customer service for the quality priced items they sell. Attitude and rushed service.

  OMG!! Worst store ever in Toronto. I was looking for the sizes and asked one of clerk "I am looking for other sizes do you work here?" And she said "yep" and gone....what the..?? I asked her if she works there or not cuz she didn't have any employee tag on her. Otherwise why we asked if she works there or not???I am not interested in her!!!! I just wanted right size of the jacket!!! What an idot! !
