::Currently going through the renting process with CLV Group and it is one of the most pleasant experiences I have gone through so far. I have been working with Nick and he has been patient and very informative with every question I have had to ask regarding the buildings. I was initially looking at a different unit than the one I have applied for and when it wasn't what I was looking for, he immediately took what I was saying I was looking for and directed me to the unit I eventually went with. Very pleasant and very personable.

::Recently rented a new unit on Shillington from CLV groop - had a pleasant overall experience. The property manager went out of her way to show me the place (I had originally booked to see another unit somewhere else). Being a new unit meant that minor things were still being updated and the whole moving in process was slightly slower than I had wanted, but nothing I didn't expect from renting a brand new unit. Nothing but good things to say, the process was smooth and they tried their best to accommodate to expedite things on my request.
