  Ayant eu des soucis avec trois plantes (anubias) qui ont très rapidement dépéri (elles avaient perdu beaucoup de leurs feuilles et leur rhizome avait pourri en grande partie en seulement trois jours), je les ai contactés par mail et téléphone. Ils sont revenus vers moi relativement rapidement pour m'expliquer qu'ils avaient eu des problèmes avec cette batch de plants et pour me proposer de passer en magasin afin de choisir gratuitement des plants fraîchement arrivés en échange. Les employés qui m'ont appelée ont été compréhensifs et très diligents. :)

  Beaucoup de choix, très bon service. Mes poissons sont en parfaite santé! j'ai hâte d'y retourner!

  Friendly staff, great choices, and you pay for what you get. My go to guy is Jordan, super friendly, patient and knows his stuff. 5 stars and nothing less

  If you are a beginner like me and are terrified of screwing up your first fish tank, this place is THE place to go in montreal. All the employees there are passionate and in order to work there you HAVE to have experience with aquariums so they will be able to accurately answer "any" questions you might have. They personally accompanied my process from helping me pick which type of gravel I should have to which type of plants are best compatible with the fish I want to have. They also have a little sandbox in the store so that you can plan your tank and play with their large variety of driftwood and stones before buying them. With all that said, they have better prices than petshops, you get a discount if you're a regular and their fish are well cared for. I'll let my tank speak for itself =>

  Je suis passé en boutique ce matin... pas un bonjour ou quoi ce soit. Je constate aussi que les prix sont beaucoup plus cher que les autres boutiques spécialisés à Montréal. Finalement, j'ai acheté mes affaires ailleurs chez un comercant qui ne se fou pas de sa clientèle! JE N'Y RETOURNERAI PAS!
