  I have been a customer and hottub owner for last 15 years from Aquacade pools &Spas in Sudbury & am quite happy with their product, service & knowledge of their products. I have decided to order another hydropool spa this month so II can enjoy many more years of this product. I use the spa weekly and year round with no major problems & will continue with this company & staff.

  We bought our salt water hot tub from Aquacade Pools, & our supplies. The salesperson Craig was excellent.

  Amazing service! Guys were very friendly and proficient! Explained everything and made sure all was understood, easy to call and ask questions for us newbies! They cleaned everything up after installation! Can't wait to enjoy the hot tub! Thank Aquacade Pools and Spas!

  Received my Hydropool Serenity hot tub a week ago. Aquacade’s install team brought the tub to my house exactly when they said they would and were very helpful with the whole set up process. Not owning a hot tub before, I felt very confident in how to maintain the tub going forward after it was explained to me. Doug, their install person, was very friendly and knowledgeable and stressed that if I had any questions or concerns to just call the shop. Dave, the owner, was also very helpful with the whole process. Highly recommend purchasing products from this location.
