  Definitely wouldn’t recommend. From start to finish the experience I had dealing with Mehdi, then being passed off to the manager Roz, was terrible. They lied and told me I got an approval twice, only to find out the first approval we got they had called the bank and requested the approval be declined due to them getting an unfavourably low payment call amount. There’s no communication whatsoever, and these guys are extremely unprofessional.

  Don’t waste your time and don’t get your hopes up! Approval Genie is one of the most unprofessional businesses in the car industry! To add to the other sentiments from previous reviewers the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. No one calls you back to update you on the status of your loan. “Roz” the manager says one thing then does another. It’s an absolute freakshow and I regret every dealing with Approval Genie. I would caution others to shop around before reaching out to these guys.

  They have a decent selection of cars and good prices. Thanks to Rob, he was very helpful and understanding. Took his time to find the best car for me. Looking forward to get my next car from them.

  Man can't say enough of this place. Mehdi super guy. Sold me my journey that I wanted. He had verbally promised me winter tires which used ones weren't available so they ate the cost and sent me for brand new winter tires at no cost to me. That's class. Not too mention a full tank of gas. Last dealer I bought a car from have me my used car with a quarter tank. Man that left a bad taste in my mouth. Enough that Approval Genie gained my business. I swear, you dream of being in a car , just go see them. They'll get that dream into reality. Thank you so much guys.
