  Stein Appliance (a sub-division of this place?) was supposed to come and repair my machine between 8am and noon. I took half a day free from work. They arrived at 12:15 pm and I am at risk with my employer. The two repair guys did not offer a word of apology rather thought it better to just complain about how hard their day has been and how their iPad was not working...

  Excellent service, extremely professional and accommodating. Fixed our dryer made it seem so easy. They definitely know what there doing. Will use them for all future business thanks again Melissa.

  Thank you Appliance group. My dishwasher was down and leaking water. The technician seems like he was doing this forever. Got to the point, had to leave and buy a part. Came back 1 hour later and everything was fixed. Loved the service and will call them again.
