  I went in to get some requisition forms done. Fahim didn't do them properly so when I went to get the blood tests done, I could only get half them done. I needed a OAHPP form for certain tests. I then had to go to another walk in clinic where they were much more helpful and could talk me through what I needed instead of talking over me. Not going back again

  Very good place with good service. Staff is helpful and Dr. Fahim is conscientious, patient and friendly. Would definitely recommend this walk-in clinic!

  For my first time at that clinic, I have to say that I was impress. I only waited 30 min and Dr. Fahim was very kind. He saw that I was not well so he went straight to the point and took his time to explain what was going on.

  Arrived and registered in the computer system (which stated were 10th in queue). After an hour of waiting, went and checked with the front desk (which is rarely manned) only to find the system didn't save us. The admin was nice enough to take us next. Once in a room, waited for 45 more minutes with the sick 2yo to before a doctor finally came in. Had to change the kids diaper. Staff let us know there's no change table, but didn't suggest another option than using the floor. The waiting room was half children. Have never had decent service or waits at an Appletree clinic.

  I chose this place because I saw the positive reviews for the short wait times. It was definitely very fast service, but I highly recommend waiting longer elsewhere than to get stuck with Dr. Fahim. He was very rude and uncaring, and completely refused to discuss one of my biggest concerns because he “doesnt have time.” When I continued to ask questions while he stood in the doorway with the door open, he said there was “nothing he could do here” and walked out on me. Worst experience ever at this place.
