  Visited the site before going to the store. Most items posted as available were actually there but not all were easily found. Sales clerks were polite, patient and very helpful.

  Very good selection of new and used (consignment) items, especially tack and saddles. Excellent prices and selection of Blundstone boots - probably the best in Ottawa. Don't hesitate to use their website to find out if something is in stock: it's how staff keep track of inventory.

  Good selection but.... I have shopped at this store for footwear a few times because it has a good selection, but the sales staff are of absolutely no help at all. They rarely greet you, sit on a stool as you rummage through boxes looking for sizes, seem completely indifferent. Occasionally, they will get off the stool to check themselves out in the corner mirror but otherwise dead weight. Please train your sales staff to be helpful and courteous. I am speaking here about the staff in the shoe department. Dont know what the rest of the staff is like.

  The customer service here is second to none, whether in store or online. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a huge clearance section where you can always find great deals, and their sales are pretty good too. One of their unique features is the unlimited time, no-questions-asked return policy. Check it out.
