::Took my mom & lil sister to this store, ready to buy 2 iPhone X. Just want to pay and go. Ask for assistance, the guy ask my name and said he will call somebody to help. We waited for almost 30 minutes. Nobody came. So we left. So disappointed.

::I bought my Apple Watch here today. I wanted to compare white vs soft white for the Sports band. The sales rep wasn't even aware of such colour, and when I asked her to find out she tells me that they have nothing on display to compare the colour. I came home, and realized that their stainless steel model comes with soft white colour sports band, she could've easily showed me the band and compare the colours. I know this is a very detailed question that not everyone would ask, but I'm quite surprised that their employees don't even know what they've got for display. When you're charging $70 bucks for a plastic band, that would cost around 3-5 bucks to make, you should at least compensate the loss with the quality of the product and the service. This is why we 'customers' go to Apple to purchase overpriced goods. Anyways, I'm a big Apple fan, but today's experience wasn't the best.

::Although I am now a Google Pixel 2 user, I am happy I have a working iPhone 6 thanks to the battery replacement program. I really can't complain with the price tag of $39.55 tax included. My iPhone went from completely dead to working wonderfully. I thought all my photos would be lost (my fault for not backing it up). It is a process so don't expect to have it done right away. BATTERY REPLACEMENT STEPS at $35 1. Reserve a battery online based on your model on the official Apple website (keep in mind that the program is valid for iPhone 6 and newer models) 2. Wait patiently for an email to confirm the battery is available (I reserved on Jan 30 and received an email on Feb 26) 3. Go to the Apple store and proceed to the back of the room where the Genius Bar is and wait for an available person to help you. Make sure to let them know you have a reserved battery ready! (I wish the employee had asked the right questions to guide me to the back instead of having me wait at the front of the store to be told to go to the back of the store to wait again) 4. Wait and return to pick up device! (I dropped it off not long after 10am and it was ready at 1pm). Tip: Although the mall opens at 10am, Apple starts accepting the phones before that time. If I had known, I wouldn't have such a late completion time.
