::Order flowers for a colleague's Mom-In-Law passing that was a hardship for her. She received exceptional service delivering out of area due to them not being home during the day. The flowers and arrangement was exquisite. Cannot say enough. Deeply grateful. ::Terrible service. I sent in an email order request and followed up with a phone call the next day because I hadn't heard from them. They had no idea who I was and when I tried to explain, the person on the phone seemed stoned or drunk. I had a photo from their website that I wanted them to recreate and it was a small arrangement, nothing crazy or involved. Basically, my email or phone request was never followed up and my flowers didn't get delivered despite my efforts to follow up. Last I heard from them was "we'll send you a quote in a couple of hours". It's been three weeks and NOTHING. I will never go to them ever.
