  Normally have a good experience with this place. Unfortunately the last time i called to get an estimate and ask some questions i was treated very rudely over the phone. I don't know a lot about cars and i just wanted some information. I ask if they brought in toyota parts and i was treated like i was an idiot. After thanking the person on the phone i was rudely hung up on. I hope other people have a better experience, unfortunately this time you lost my business. I suggest being a bit nicer over the phone and not treating people like they are idiots or like they are wasting your time. I felt a bit embarrassed and like i wasn't worth this persons time.

  I have had a number of vehicles repaired and or upgraded here over the years. Recently had brought a vehicle in with a list of 3 different things to either repair or upgrade one of which was a potential wheel alignment. After taking it for a drive they found no need to do a wheel alignment and so advised it didn't need one. How many other places out there would have seen a green light to do one regardless because I had requested it be looked at. Honesty can be hard to find in the industry at times. Fair prices and great service. Will continue to go back.

  Brought car in for a leak and they found a bad axel seal. Asked a little more than I was expecting but the work was done quickly and they offer free shuttle service. When I found the car still had a bit of a leak they took it back in to address the issue without charge. They called some time after to check up on the car as well.

  Went above and beyond fixing my transmission leak. Great service will tell everyone needing service done to come to you guys.

  Had a great experience -- The crew was able to get my vehicle in on short notice and I received too notch service at a reasonable price. Would happily recommend to friends and family.
