  Friendly very knowledgeable staff, large inventory of plumbing and refrigeration items. Competitive pricing. No ordering or restocking fee if returning unused parts. Highly recommend.

  I ordered a door gasket for my washing machine on january 26th 2018. I was told it would take a week to 10 days to arrive. Its april 5th and still nothing. Everytime I went to enquire i was told its due in the next few days. I called headoffice and the customer service agent told me I would get it the next 2days after the call. Still not in was given a refund and told I would get it for free if it ever shows up. Still waiting meanwhile the cost of using a laundrymat and gas and time cost way more then the initial price of the part. I will not be using this company again. The guys instore were great but the company as a whole nolonger has my confidence. I waited as long as I could before making this review but cant hold off anylonger.

  Needed the igniter for my furnace, and they set me up perfectly. Currently warming up in my house.

  Ordered parts after closing on Friday, closed Saturday and Sunday, but still got the parts before noon on Tuesday. Great job Amre in Saskatoon. Thanks Warren
