  Great central location, very clean and organized, super friendly staff (on the phone and at the counter). Ordered my part online to make sure they had it in stock and called to say I was coming to pick it up right away. Counter guy checked my credit card number since it was an online order (to protect against fraud) and I told him the only thing fraudulent was the repair guy asking for almost 300 bucks to fix my leaky washer when the part only costs 25 bucks! (and that was on top of the service call fee I already paid).

  Always helpful, can order most things you need if they don't have stock. Friendly professional staff. Always a pleasure dealing with them for the past 4 years.

  After some searching on the internet i tracked down the parts i needed for my furnace repair and was pleased to find Amre in calgary , I went in they had just what i needed great service Colin was very knowledgeable, there is something to be said about good customer service , I was surprised at just what they stocked a very nice store I will be back for sure when i need parts etc , you can really tell the difference at Amre compared to the big box stores , great pricing and very knowledgeable .

  Bought toilet flush valve at Amre today. A place that I normally for more specialty parts. Prices are more reasonable than the big name brand stores.

  Phoned to get a replacement part for our furnace and ended up having to phone their head office in Edmonton after two attempts with the store. The second guy claimed he's "the most knowledgeable person there", which is probably true, considering nobody here knew anything. The guy at the counter wouldn't answer any questions about the part but questioned why we ordered it through Edmonton. 99% sure they're not on commission so why do they even care who ordered it?
