  Our trip to New York City was excellent and really well planned. I cannot say enough good things about Alain Paquette. He is easy to work with, very detail-oriented, cares about the trips and the people, and goes way beyond expectations and the call of duty. We were thrilled upon returning because our group tour was absolutely spectacular. The tour itinerary was properly scheduled and having the director of the company as our guide made the trip exceptional.

  Went on the New York, Boston, Niagara, Washington 8 Day Tour with my daughter. The tour was everything we expected and more. Our guide Gustavo Topete was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining. He spoke both English and French. The vehicle we traveled around the country in was comfortable, air conditioned and new. The hotel and restaurant choices were great and the pace of the tour was reasonable. I will definitely contact Amerigo for future trips. We are hoping to go on a wine tasting tour in Niagara this autumn and will look into Amerigo Tours, because their tours are so affordable. Thank you Amerigo for such a wonderful tour and memorable trip.

  Los tours estuvieron muy buenos y el país de Canada es excelente. Sus habitantes muy amables. Pero el guía el Sr. Rodrigo Aviles, no fue amable con los pasajeros. Si le hacian preguntas, del país, de su cultura y otras relacionadas al tour y el Sr. Rodrigo no la contestaba o la contestaba a medias. NO se podía comer absolutamente nada en el bus. NO se podía ir al baño en el bus. Se molestaba cuando el pasajero le pedía que se parará para ir al baño. El pretendía que no fueramos al baño en 3 o 4 horas. Cuando fuimos al estadio, no pudimos ni ver el nombre, porque él nos lo enseño por detrás y no al frente para poder retratarnos. Insistía en todo momento que compraramos, tours y almuerzo adicionales, que costaban carisimos por persona. El último día nos dejó en una plaza frente a una iglesia, y no nos orientó, como podíamos regresar al hotel y tuvimos que preguntar, ya que nos perdimos. El Sr. Rodrigo Aviles, exigió que le teníamos que pagar la propina a $10 por día por persona A los próximos viajeros no permitan que el Sr. Rodrigo sea su guía turistico. Quedamos muy molestos con esta situación.
