  After my brother received his sympathy arrangement from our grandmother he was requested to send a photo back to our grandmother to see the final product. After she saw what she had payed over $65 for she was a bit disappointed. I know you don't always get what you expect sometimes but the real problem was when the call was made to discuss the disappointment that's where it all went truly wrong. The lady at the shop took great offence to our dissatisfaction of her arrangement and said 4 hydrangeas but there were none there and continued to call our mother a liar. A graceful sorry and a gift card or voucher for a future visit would have ensured a better review. Look at the photo and you be the judge. Update: august 22nd 2017 No this is not the Kole you are referring to and as for "all these bad reviews" I believe I'm the only one in the last 2 months to post a bad review so don't blame me or the family for your bad reviews. I was simple and stated the facts of our experience and did not throw names under the bus as you have done. I have an honest review of your business and if you are displeased with that then you could have tried to be a reasonable person and worked with us to ensure our satisfaction. But now you have called me a liar as well as my mother. Now any chance of reconciliation is out the window. I sure hope this is not how you treat everyone who is slightly critical of your business.

  My partner sent me some flowers for Valentine's day from here and I absolutely love them. The arrangement was put together quite nicely and every flower was fresh...and still is fresh today...I love the scent coming from them too. I don't know about the price because I didn't buy them but I definitely would recommend this florist for the quality of the bouquet. They are so very pretty. I love them...and partner too. Glad he didn't forget. Lol ;)
