  Bought the coupon via LivingSocial for 5 car ashes. They have a horrible service. Not even once scheduling an appointment went smooth. They often cancelled the appointment in the last moment. In other times they ran behind schedule by an hour without notifying me in advance. Overall, one of my worst experiences. Since it happened with every appointment, it was not a matter of bad luck, untrained employee, etc. Iit is a systematic careless and arrogant customer service. Will never again do any business with them

  For us Avtoprom has been the most terrible car wash so far! The car’s windows are always dirty after washing. They wipe them with newspapers. Once I asked to wipe again with my own microfiber. Next time they used again newspapers. But that time I did not care about the windows because….the guys made a fist sized DENT on the wing!! So be carefull!
