  Very nice and we located. The staff is brilliant and the rooms are all you expect from a hotel downtown Ottawa. Only negative point is how load the AC unit was. Other than that, I slept like a baby and had all that I needed.

  J'ai l'impression d'être entré dans la post-modernité lorsque j'ai mis les pieds dans l'hôtel. Le design d'intérieur est superbement réussi. Ensuite, en m'attardant davantage aux détails, j'ai été subjugué. Produits de bain fabriqués au Québec, naturels et tout le tralala. Restaurant ouvert 24hrs et servant que des trucs bons et bons pour la santé. Une découverte agréable n'attend pas l'autre. LA PLACE où demeurer à Ottawa c'est ici.

  Overall stylish and well appointed. The cafeteria food is convenient and quite good. Slight downers: staff not a hundred per cent on the ball: need to give clients instructions on how to use the elevator, on whether breakfast is included, on having to ask for a checkout at 3 p.m. (a possibility which they advertise), and they need to notify customers that the shower door needs sealing, so towels should be put down to avoid flooding the floor (yes they are rectifying the issue, but if they are still offering rooms where this has not been rectified, they need to tell people!).

  Great concept! (Boutique). Casual yet sophisticated. Pleasant, helpful and fun staff. Perfect location in the heart of the nations capitol in Ottawa. Trendy, comfy and pleasantly clean property. Oh, completely GREEN might I add. GREAT FUN! GREAT TIME! MODERN and cheerful property .
