Attention, This is for people looking at buying a new RV. We purchased a new RV from all roads in the spring of last year, To make a long story short the new RV had considerable damage just after using it twice and had to go back to the shop and was sent back to the Oregon factory twice for repairs. Basically we never had use of the trailer for the remainder of the year. All roads RV did nothing for us so we had to spend month's on the phone with the Factory and this also got us no where. After having a 18year Qualified RV tech look at our trailer we found much more items wrong including electrical issues which was sent to CSA Toronto and they would look into this. The only thing All roads was going to do after we complained to the factory was to have another trailer of our choice built and would take ours in as a trade. The only problem was once a new trailer is bought and signed into your name it is now a used RV and ALL roads was only going to give us used price and charge us full price on the new one. There is much more to this horror story that we had to go threw and will be sending out more reviews at a later time. Buyer beware and stay away from small fly by night RV lots that sell any thing and every thing. They are only in it for the money and don't care what you end up with or how much of your hard earned money you have to put out. We are Very unsatisfied customers and Dealers like this we don't need. As a Journeyman RV service technician in the trade for 18 years, and after seeing how they treated our very good friends which started in May 2012 and is STILL NOT RESOLVED as of February 15, 2013 on unbelievable major issues on a brand new $38,000.00 travel trailer. My recommendation to anyone interested in purchasing an RV, buy from a major reputable RV dealership that has been in business for at least 15 years or more in the RV industry and doesn't sell out of an ATCO trailer and sells various other motorized vehicles. I can guarantee you one thing, a reputable dealer WILL return your call and answer the phone in the office.
