  We stay here in a last minute booking a day previous to arrive to Toronto, we read some bad comments about the property after we did the bookings and we got a little bit scared about it, because we were two girls traveling for the very first time to Toronto, to be honest we considered the option to cancel but it was not a option at the end because it was a not refundable fare so, we stayed there and you have to consider the next: • The neighborhood It is a shelter close so, you maybe find some homeless, but they are in their own business, they do not disturb anybody else. It is not the most glam Street, and for the Canadian standard as well is not the best one, but for the foreigners (like us) was not thaaaat bad. We never felt in dangerous even when we cameback close to midnight It is very well connected to the downtown, museums, metro, bustation, • The accomodation The apartment that was assigned to us was fine, very clean, with a lo of light, the bed it was very comfortable and it has AC, wifi, fridge and we could do an early check in with an extra fee, that was great because we arrived early at the morning. It was very quit and peaceful place. The people on the frondesk were polite, we had a good comunication with them. The "bad" part it was that it cost a little bit more that we expect, for extra charges not included in booking and as well the deposit from $250 CAN that is not optional. Children's are not allowed At the end we can said that we do not regreet for this last minute booking.

  Caro para lo que ofrecen, el estudio es pequeño y con muebles sumamente descuidados, no cuentan con servicio de limpieza, las sábanas y toallas estaban sucias, las áreas comunes huelen a cigarro, te cobran extra si quieres pagar con tarjeta. El barrio es perturbador, lleno de indigentes y drogadictos, lo único rescatable es lo cerca que se encuentra del centro pero no compensa todo el mal servicio y la suciedad del lugar.

  I actually found the rooms very clean, the staff friendly and helpful and they were very respectful about my service dog.

  fizemos uma reserva neste local e menos de 1h depois ficamos sabendo que o bairro era perigoso (cheio de mendigos, drogados e prostitutas na rua) e que turistas já tinham sido assaltados na porta do prédio, então entrei em contato com eles e tentei cancelar amigavelmente, o que não foi possível. Achei uma atitude muito egoísta visto que foi apenas 1h depois da reserva e ainda faltavam 66 dias para nossa viagem, daria para reservar para outra pessoa nesse tempo. Só por aí você já tira o nível deste local.
