::This store is amazing, I have Been searching everywhere for the flooring of my new Spa and I am more then satisfied with the service I’ve received! I called for information and had an incredible service from the sales associate. I went there and met the new manager and I am impressed by their kindly approach! I will be receiving my order next week and can’t wait to do more business with this company! I recommend it to all.

::Lack of Responsibility!! They installed around 1300 sq.ft. of flooring at my house but failed to inform me that I would have a half inch to inch gap under all my door frames and door jams, There was over an inch jump where the transition strips they provided me would not be able to be installed. I have never installed floors which is why I wanted to go somewhere with experience but it seemed like they just want to do the job and get paid, instead of dealing with the issues i had; buying blocks to add to the frames to cover the gaps and finding and hiring a contractor to fix the door jams, which put me out of pocket hundreds of dollars. The floor installers did a good job, i feel the issue is more with the in-store staff. A disappointing experience...
