  Gary's style of teaching provided for the best first aid course I've ever taken. The course was very hands on, animated, interesting and funny. Every scenario we enacted as a learning methodology was one that he had personally been in during his years as a paramedic. Highly recommended for everyone.

  Amazing instructors and support staff! Customer service that is above and beyond anything I expected. I've seen many first aid schools in my day, and this organization is top notch. Thank you Jason, Melea and everyone at Alert First Aid that made my experience, and that of my colleagues, so tremendous. I highly recommend this school!

  Took this today with Gary as the teacher. I always dread this course as it can be very dull but his sense of humor and real life stories really helped speed the day along. Plus lots of practical, hands on practice and things were explained very clearly. Thanks Alert First Aid and especially to Gary!

  Definitely worth giving them a visit. The classes are very hands-on. Expect to get a bit messy, but nothing heavy. You will get a good workout in all skill components, depending upon the level of training you are aiming for. More advanced courses offer a lot more practical experience. If you require multiple courses, they offer loyalty discounts. The packages for their basic, handy, safety kits, have been worked over several times to get the price down to more-than-affordable for the safety-minded, or for those who prefer to remain prepared for any potential situation. An enthusiastic bunch who are clearly passionate about teaching all the important first aid facts to help in the everyday, at leisure, or in the workplace. Dig in and get involved!

  Amazing teacher. She really knew what she was talking about and made the class fun, as promised. Lots of hands on experience, and Ashley made sure to cover all of the areas of first aid, since there were people taking different courses in the class. Very satisfied.
