  this is my first ever review on google map, but i simply cannot keep silence to this horribly unpleasant (even traumatic) experience from this store, particularly an assistant manager whose name is "Matt"(he refused to give me this last time ha). they simply don't care about their customers AT ALL. not a surprise to see many reviews saying exactly same thing here. I went to buy a leather conditioner for my daily leather boots and one of the staffs literally PERSUADED me to buy a sponge like thing to rub the boots to make it shinier, saying that it is super good and convenient for leather care. I asked her if it is okay for my light brown color boots MANY TIMES and each time she assured me it is totally fine. So I bought it. Today when I first used it, i couldn't believe my eyes that it horribly darkened my boots! It just ruined my boots. the original light brown color i most cherished is all gone. the more speechless part is the reaction the assistant manager called "Matt" showed me. he didn't care at all about the damage or the shock I had to suffer from the mis-informed sales by someone under his supervision, let alone his contemptuous attitude! with his totally indifferent, somewhat humiliating attitude, he just repeated that there is NOTHING he can do for this except the "big favor" of refunding the care product, which is originally not allowed. of course there was no apology. what on earth did i wrong except trusting the sale staff's words and buying a product they recommended to receive this horrible treatment? what about the money, energy, even my favorite daily boots I wasted because of this irresponsible sale group? simply don't go buy something from them. hope there is something more i can do for this horrible experience and my damaged boots!!!

  Took a while to get some help but once I did the staff was super friendly and very helpful ✌🏻

  雨で靴が濡れたので、履き替えのために購入しました。可愛くて気に入ったのですが、価格55ドルから中敷きや税金など含めてお会計71ドルとのこと。会計の前に説明してほしかったです。。。
