If your looking for brushes choose "silver tips" by wooster. It holds a generous amount of paint, releases the paint when you need it, not too expensive and lasts several weeks with constant usage! Best brushes in my opinion!

There are very very few paint stores( in scarborough, Ajax, whitby, pickering, oshawa )that have such humble color expert. The reason this location gets a 5 star rating is their new hire Melissa! What a wonderful color expert she is. Her expertise is unbeatable and not to mention this brings lots of foot traffic to the store. What people are benfiting most from is ( for the time I was there & noticed) that now there is someone who goes above and beyond in serving customers, making sure people get the right product and perfection in the color as well!!! Which makes it the best paint buying spot because now there is someone who is not saying sorry, this is what the system dispensed, take it or leave it! Now customers like myself who love benjamin more product line but could not get the right color match from sample have a great chance as this new person has so much knowledge that she can make it work for you. Give it a shot, won't be disappointed. Game changer in Ajax.

I went here with my family and had to look over 10 books of wallpapers in order to pick what we wanted, they had no catalog online. After a few trips there we picked it and we asked the man there how the sizing worked and he said that there is only one size and its called a "double roll" and it covers 50 sqft, so we asked for 4 of them. He ordered it for us and a few days later when we came to pick it up there was only 2 rolls there. The man was so ignorant and rude to me and my father and he refused to admit that he placed the wrong order. I argued for an hour with him and he would not refund our money without charging a 25% restocking fee!!!! I hadn't even taken it out of the store and it was entirely his fault, not the manufacturer or us, simply him for ordering it wrong. I even asked him didn't you say there is only one size and its called a double roll? He said yes and I asked didn't we order 4 rolls? He said yes and then when I looked at him puzzled that there is only two rolls he said the order was correct. He was constantly trying to hustle us of the money we paid by claiming that the order is correct and the policy is a 25% restocking fee, convinced he did nothing wrong. I don't have any idea what world that man lives in but the first mistake I made was to take my family there in the first place. A waste of a week of going there back and forth. $300 for less than 100sqft of wallpaper is absurd you can put marble on the whole wall and it will be cheaper, who in the right mind would buy that?? I have told all my friends and family about this experience and not to go anywhere near Benjamin Moore. Such a cheap and pathetic way to run a business.
