  1. The driver slept in and was 30 minutes late. 2. The driver had trouble keeping awake while driving. 3. Our clients arrived 30 minutes early, the driver was also 30 minutes early, but wanted to wait another 15 minutes before picking us up because it is "corporate policy." 4. I attempted to discuss this with a manager who was postively rude and defensive. I do not receomend this company.

  I would never used this company again. We had international visitors who booked this company from Brazil to and from Calgary to Lethbridge. On the return trip from Lethbridge to the Calgary Airport the bus simply did not show up. There was no emergency number to phone (the phone message says open Monday to Friday but doesn't say what time they open) so by 9 AM with no answer we had to transport our guests by car - 4 vehicles round trip, about 1 tank of gas each and 6 hours travel time. We made it to the airport just in time but it was a panicked trip. Two of our guests had to be aided through customs to make their flight and another couple had to take a later flight. I left numerous messages to Airport Shuttle Express that morning and no one ever returned my call. I phoned later in the day to be told the bus driver never got the message so there simply wasn't a bus. I was told our guests would be reimbursed and there would be something for the drivers. When I phoned a month later they had reimbursed the guests, but were surprised when I mentioned the drivers, they said they'd check, to date I haven't received a phone call, in fact through all this I never once received a phone call - neither did the lady from Brazil who was in charge of the group. It was just fortunate at the time we had 4 vehicles that could transport our guests or it could have been much worse (some had a flight from Toronto back to Brazil). What should have been a cheerful goodbye to a great visit ended in panic and frustration.
