  The laser hair removal really works! I had 3 sessions so far and results are already showing up. I have very fair skin with visible hair, the treatment clearly shows improvement as I can barely see the hair in my full legs. Leah is very gentle and professional. She explained to me the procedure step by step and what to expect. The spa has all the professional equipments which others don’t provide. The staff are nice and friendly and the place is clean and well maintained. Definitely highly recommended! I will try other hair removal on my other body parts in my next visit.

  The place is very clean and welcoming. All staff very friendly. Leah is very knowledgeable about laser removal and will let you know if it will be effective . The laser is very high end. Treated my back, very noticeable difference after 1 treatment. So impressed with 1st treatment that I purchased a 2nd area. Very impressed, I purchased a 3rd area. Love the feeling of hair free! Highly recommend this place. LOVE IT!!!

  Please do not go to this place for hair removal. Waste of time and money, it doesn't work, I didn't see any improvements after a series of treatments. I got this as a groupon gift so I thought I'd give it a try. The place doesn't look very sanitary (towels are grayish?) and beware that IPL is NOT laser so it won't be as effective (I learned the hard way). The personnel rushed through the procedure (only 10 minutes per session for a Brazilian) so I was left with stripes of untreated areas. On top of it, the hair grew back within a month so I had to go to another place (way better, and it actually works!).

  Unsatisfied with the results and staff. Waste of money and time. I had 7 sessions for laser hair removal and i see zero results from it. Please do not spend your time and money here. Staff seems to not know what they are doing. They do not use proper protective eyewear. The treatments were rushed and missed a lot of places I was supposed to be lasered at. They obviously don't care about quality. She tried pushing me to get other body parts lasered and i refused. One session I arrived and they told me that their laser machine was broken. I wasn't notified of that. And their excuse was that I didn't pick up my phone. I have call ID and nothing showed up. They checked their book and wrong phone number was written down yet they called me the day before to notify of my app. On my last session they treated me unrespectufully. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

  If you are looking for perfect Shellac manicures or amazing facials, look no further. Erica and her mom will make sure you love your service. I went there for a groupon and never looked back. Very clean professional environment and quality service.
