  I'm really disappointed. I tried Adria because they specialize in Volvo. I booked an appointment last week to get some work done, I waited four hours until the agreed upon time to pick up my car, and when I arrived they hadn't brought it into the shop. The owner told me how busy their day was and apologized profusely and promised me they would be able to take care of me next Wednesday (today). Although I was confused as to why they would book an appointment if they were too busy and why they wouldn't let me know they couldn't do the work earlier by phone while I was waiting at the neighboring coffee shop, I accepted the appointment. Flash forward to today.. I left the car this morning and let them know I would pick it up at 5pm. I came back to Adria after 6 hours of waiting at the coffee shop to see how things were going, and although I was due to pick up the car in an hour, it had yet to be brought into the shop. Once again, no call and many excuses. He said he would bring it in right away but what is the point when there are several issues with the car and I had to leave to pick up my daughter from daycare in an hour. I took the car and I will now spend a THIRD day waiting, but it won't be at Adria. What is the point of making an appointment if they are too busy to do the work? I drove 90 minutes each way twice and waited 12 hours.. A total of 18 hours of my time.. and got NOTHING done.

  Adria Auto always goes above and beyond to ensure that our needs are met. Their pricing is fair, and they always take the time to explain the cause of the issue. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for top quality auto service at a fair price.

  Here's my experience with these guys: I was new to the area and did not want to drive far when I damaged my suspension so I brought the car here, at the time not knowing they were Volvo specialists. I left my Mazda with a detailed note indicating the problem and requesting that they call me immediately if unable to complete the repair so that I could bring it somewhere else. After 5 business days of me calling them everyday for an update, they continuously brushed me off telling me that they were too busy and that they will call me back in 20 minutes. I never once got a call back. With a pit in my stomach, I showed up Friday after work to see what the problem was. When they realized I was the Mazda owner, they treated me like a second class citizen and made me wait for over an hour while intentionally serving about 4 other Volvo customers that came in after me. I had to completely interrupt a customer in order to go get my keys back from them. I later found that my car was parked on the street and that it had not been looked at. My detailed note was sitting on the counter the entire time. This was the most deliberate scumbaggery I have ever seen in my life.

  A fine honest family owned and run business. Great service. Outstanding. They will even drive you to work if you are in a pinch! Highly recommended for Volvo service. Update Feb 2107. Purchased a used Volvo from them. Negotiated an excellent price for our trade in. They fixed every little thing that was wrong on this older Volvo, cleaned it up perfectly and were friendly and helpful to the point of loaning us winter floor mats until ones we ordered from Volvo came in. 40 years of car ownership and never encountered better service!
