Found this gem when looking for dinner date restaurants near Eaton Centre. I visited this restaurant with my fiance and as soon as we entered the restaurant, we immediately felt welcomed. The host was really friendly and nice. We made reservation online and had put in request for a more private table. So we were given a table in the corner which was exactly what we wanted. We ordered Grilled Portuguese Sardines, linguine with tiger shrimp and saffron seafood risotto. The food was phenomenal, the seafood risotto was particularly delicious. They also have really good desert options. We got the recommended Dark Lindt chocolate mousse cake, and it was definitely one of the best mousse cakes we had. The restaurant has nice romantic ambience, with great food and service. Great place for a romantic dinner date!

I went to Adega twice. Food was okay. Service was good. I guess the restaurant tries to reinvent Portuguese food but it just didn’t work for me. On top of that, portions were very small in my opinion.

Excellent Mediterranean inspired cuisine. You definitely pay for great quality of food and service. The appetizers are a bit overpriced for the amount that you get but they are delicious. Of the main courses I have tried the squid and the salmon and they are both incredible. Highly recommended

Want great Portuguese?? Look no further. Best grilled octopus in Toronto. Cozy, classy, great service, great food, this place has been in business for a very long time. I've been coming here for a decade and it's been so consistent. Same menus since then. There's a wine cellar downstairs for private parties. Amazing olive oil for dipping bread, just so good. Ask for the booth for special occasions.
