::I had been suffering from a shoulder issue on and off for about 8 months due to a sports injury and lack of stretching. Laura used ART, stretching and heat to help regain mobility in the shoulder however there was still issues with stiffness which was resolved by IMS. I could not believe how quickly my shoulder (1.5 months of physio) responded to IMS. Although my recovery was quick, Laura has advised some patients could take months. I am very happy to recommend Active Phisio to friends and relatives. The Center is easy to fine, clean and professionally operated.
