  Best certified car mechanic in the city, he is charging less than the others, took my wifes mazda for a brake caliper to be replaced, he charged me 250$ while the carson mailman charged me 420$ for the same job. Dough helped me to release a jammed emergency brake on my f150 last summer free of charge, I took my rav4 for a brake pads to be changed as they were making weird noise, it was a just a rock jammed inside and he didn't want me to pay for it. I have gain a trust in his business for sure and definitely recommending him over other shops

  Excellent service. Doug put in a remote starter and repaired the damage caused by another "mechanic" who first tried to put one in. Did a great job winterizing my car for Yellowknife. It's awesome to find a mechanic that you can trust, and I would recommend Action Auto to friends and family.

  An entirely pleasant experience. He booked us in the next day, saved us 200 dollars, fixed previous improper repairs from other auto shops at no additional costs, and tightened our loose door latch as we left.

  Had a remote starter installed from a so called Mechanic that over charged for the worst install and it never worked proper !!!Thank god there"s people left like Doug ,he installed one proper and it works Awesome people great work ,
