  Well we were in Fort Mcmurray for work. Drove a long ways. Front desk clerk in afternoon very nice and hospitable. Rooms really out dated and smelly. Walls are paper thin. When checking out was chatting to owner who is quite rude. When I called back after I left I was asking him a few questions about our booking and he was rude over the phone. I said I would take our business else where next time . he said you won’t get a better deal and that he was gonna call all the hotels to have me banned so we could only stay at his inn. Was really wierd. Must have not liked me telling him he needed to work on his ppl skills.

  A VERY NICE HOTEL ACE INN Is a very nice hotel. Their management and front desk staff were EXCELLENT at check in, check out and in-between times when i had questions. The room, and restroom was very clean and orderly.Management and staff tended to my every need with a professional and courteous demeanor. Very accommodating they were.The breakfast was nice as well with an assortment of cereals, EXCELLENT COFFEE, eggs, sausage, and yogurts. The location is also very nice as it is situated in the downtown core of Fort McMurray with a casino, fast foods, and a mall all in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel . A very pleasant experience it was.

  DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Stayed for two nights and after the first night the manager tried to say he was the owner and tried to kick us out saying it smells like smoke in the room when I left to go get food but I have never smoked in there and then he proceeds to say he knows I showered and was smoking in there which is creepy to say to someone then gets in a fight with my boyfriend about we have to leave but he’s not giving our money back for the second night but he will give our deposit back which is weird so we refused to leave because we did not smoke nor did the room smell like smoke! He called me stupid told me to shut up he was very rude! So at the end he let us stay and then came back to say sorry it was your neighbours smoking which no one was next door to us and the lady at the desk said he tries that to lots of people scamming them to make more money... so beware!

  great people and awesome location! oh and hot breakfast was well arranged. I would definitely stay again.

  Me and my husband were stay in Ace Inn several times, and we always got a very good service for the low price. The receptionist and the owner were nice and friendly, always gave us the best deal. Room was nice and clean, and breakfast was decent too. Everything was awesome. We very recommend this hotel.
