  Great selection of cars, outstanding customer service, and fair pricing. Access Rent a Car is highly recommendable if you are looking to have a great time visiting Vancouver in all times of the year, as they have cars ready for wherever and whenever you visit. The staff is very friendly and professional making sure that I was always happy with their service.

  We had a pretty good experience with Access Rent a Car. Except my credit card had a $30 extra charge on it from them afterwards. I'm assuming it was for gas charge. We filled up the tank on the way in, but there are no gas stations downtown so maybe that short distance of gas we used amounted to a gas charge. Would have been nice to been alerted of it though. Just keep that in mind. Fill up at the closest gas station you can because you will be charged. They do have a very high rate for unfilled tanks.

  Great service and prices!!! The SUV with snow tires worked was so great for our snowy tour to Nelson and Trail. We will definitely rent again from Access for future tours and recommend it to our colleagues.

  Highly recommend Access Rent a Car. We travelled from Australia during the Canadian winter. After researching the winter driving conditions and the minimum requirements we were very pleased that Access could offer us winter tires (other rental car companies could not). From my first email with Alan to my last dealing with us handing the car over at the airport the professionalism and ease of our rental was excellent.
