::Unreasonable. I made an emergency call to Jason at 8:30a.m. on a cold Wednesday morning. My Moen cartridge on my shower broke and would not shut off. I had to turn off the main water valve in my house to stop the spray. I called Jason who told me a tech would be at my house by 9-9:30. So I called work, told them I'd be late and waited. After 9:30 with no tech in sight I had to call again. I was told that there was a problem and that I needed to reschedule. We set a new time for 2pm. now my wife and 3 little kids were without water for 5 hours. After 2:30pm the tech showed up and did about 10 minutes of work and was gone. I received an invoice in the mail for $124.30. $85 for 10 minutes of "labour" and a $25 (undisclosed at any point) vehicle charge. I emailed Jason to see if we could negotiate. After all I was late for work and the tech didn't show, my wife and kids were without water for 5 hours AND I was charged a vehicle fee that was never disclosed. Jason would not budge and assured me his are the lowest prices in town. I don't know if that is true but what I DO know is that I will never use his company's service again and meither should anybody else. The only "positive" recommendation I CAN make is go work for this guy. $85.00 for 10 minutes work is great money and the customer even fills the truck with gas on every "service" call. Shame on you Jason.

::I've called Villeneuve several different times on 3 separate houses and they always do exemplary work. They finish the job right,,not just finish the job. The quality is always there and all their employees I've dealt with were very professional and courteous. I find them very reasonable in pricing for all the various jobs needed over the past few years. If Mike Holmes needed a high quality crew in Thunder Bay, these guys would be up to the task.
