::To ALL REVIEW READERS, please note I will be happy to change or remove this review, if Archibald Storage honors my reasonable request... I don't even know where to begin... I WAS extremely happy to sign on with them at first...They were very courteous and rates were great. I was assured that if I needed access to my stuff outside the posted hours, that it wouldn't be a problem. I made a couple of requests for evenings and weekends, and unfortunately it was becoming difficult to access my stuff on their schedule...so I politely asked to withdraw my rental after being there only 6 days, and asked for a full or at least a partial refund. Since then I have gotten the run-around...lack of communication, delays, etc etc. I have attached a picture of our email conversations so you can make your own opinions...and I hope this review is helpful!
