::I got two wildly different quotes when the roof needed re-shingling - Clayton's being the most affordable. I called him to ask him to explain the discrepancy. He took the time to listen to the other guy's assessment and to come by and physically inspect the roof himself. He made minor changes to his original quote but kept the cost the same. He did the work when he said he would and he gave me a couple of days notice. Unfortunately some structural issues caused a leak but Clayton addressed it quickly and properly. Today it is raining cats and dogs and I'm thrilled to have a dry roof above me!

::A representative (may have been the owner) came to provide me with an estimate for work I thought needed to be done. He reassured me that the roof was fine for at least another six years, explained what was causing what I thought was rot and what should have been done when the roof was redone the last time.
