  Disappointing. Did not meet expectations of a so-called reputable company because of two reasons: 1. Was told minimum charge for a call was 1-hour, so why tell customers first half-hour is $110? We were charged an hour for replacing a leaking fill valve supply hose. Does it really take that long for a licensed plumber to do that? 2. Customer service agent who took call did not pass on our request for plumber to inspect second washroom and replace aging supply hose at the same time. When asked why request was missed, was told they will happily get another technician to go back, but customer has to pay for a "new job" (when this could have been done during initial call). NOT likely to recommend.

  i give a-1 an a-plus for remedying a potentially negative situation. their removal of an old water heater resulted in some carpet stains. a-1 sent their in-house cleaner to restore the carpets. it was handled swiftly & professionally. peter was my knight-in-shining-armour: knowledgeable, hard-working & friendly. he went beyond the call of duty. thanks for that.

  I run a bar, had a sewage back up. They were on site in half an hour. In and out quick, problem solved. Thanks A-1!

  Jet clean drainage , nice guy came did good job and was fast only charged for actual time of work ! Ended up being less then others charge as worked fast.

  Was charged WAY more than I was quoted , was told about $100 per hour, got the bill and it was $200 per hour and they tacked on an extra hour!!! Do not trust these people!!
