::Impark management is complete garbage. I have a monthly pass and they revoked it in error cause of mistakes they made. It took them a week to undo their mistake. Management there is incompetent and can't be reached. On top of that, the gate is broken at least 4 times a month and forces monthly parkers for astronomical day rates which of course management refuses to refund. Stay away from buying a monthly pass from Impark!
