  How were people best able to contact this place? I emailed them, no response and it's been days. Should I call or drop in? Calling is long distance charges for me at the moment. Maybe I'll just pop by next week when I visit Ottawa?

  vacant rooms went through construction during my stay. Very loud noise from 7am - 2pm Monday though Friday. No mention of this from staff or compensation from lack of living standards.(100 percent not worth the expensive price tag). Very unpleasant and unprofessional.

  My friend lives there, and we visited the play room area and it was great. We couldn't find the remote to watch our on demand show but aside from that everyone was friendly. It was clean, everyone respected each other.

  never have I received such rude service from someone who's suppose to be "renting" units out. Maybe if someone more pleasant was working the front desk it would be easier to live here. Louisa who said she's the "manager" needs some manners and has to learn to speak intelligently with potential clientele. She was extremely rude. This is unfortunate for people wanting to live here.

  I stayed in a one bedroom furnished apartment for a month. The bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen. Other than that, the apartment was a typical one bedroom unit. My mom was with me for a week and we got the guest room which was just amazing. I would say that their guest room is as good as if not better than hotel rooms. The staff are not very friendly and they spent two weeks (half my stay) telling me the telephone that should be in the unit will arrive in two days and they seemed to be bothered every time I went to ask them about it. The location is good if you want to be close to downtown but I believe that the photos on their website are a little bit misleading.
