    I've lived at 335 Metcalfe for three years now. The location is unbeatable - easy walking distance to Bank Street, Elgin, the canal and Parliament, and a half hour walk from the Glebe, the Market, Chinatown and Little Italy (plus just around the corner from Jack Purcell Dog Park). While the bathroom is a bit small (but with a cool subway tile vibe), the rest of the rooms have an interesting art-deco feel and are surprisingly large with great views of the Museum of Nature on the south side. CLV management has been very good (especially compared to our past experiences with Minto) and very responsive to any issues that come up. A great place for young professionals (particularly people with dogs!) in Centretown.

    Lived here for 2 semesters from from fall 2013-Winter 2014. Overall it was a fantastic place to live. maintenance was quick to respond to any issues we had. The rooms were spacious and being right beside Elgin street made the year a blast.

    I have lived at this address for the past three years. The building itself as well as the suites have great character to build on. the original art deco style has been well maintained and has been fun to design around. The location is fantastic so close to everything, perfect for professionals who haven't a lot of time for leisure. It is a quiet building, well maintained inside and out. Response from building management has been very good whenever problems arise and they are happy to go the extra mile for a good tenant. I would have to give this building 5 stars.

    I lived in this apartment for two years before I bought my first house around the corner. It was my favourite apartment I had in Ottawa. It was a safe building, and very clean. The only time I ever had an issue (a window I knocked out with a fan) the staff was able to accommodate a replacement hassle free and timely. The apartment itself was a huge two bedroom with a balcony. Both bedrooms were good sized, and the living and dining room were HUGE. It's proximity to Bank Street, Elgin Street, and the Canal was perfect. It was quiet, and only one block from all of the action. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking in the area. A great bonus with CLV was they had a rental agent take me around to view apartments free of charge. A very efficient and friendly service.

    Lived at 335 Metcalfe in a 2 bedroom for 2 years. Was extremely clean when we moved in, and while there the property management by CLV was very professional - efficient and quick to respond. Amazing location and a very spacious apartment. Would highly recommend.
