  First I'll say that the food is amazing, very tasty and fresh. The beef noodle bowl is my favourite. However, the first time I ordered delivery I asked for extra hoisin, they told me it was a 2 dollar charge.. (actual pho places don't charge for hoisin). So I agreed anyway, and in return I got maybe a tablespoon worth.. not worth the 2 dollars at all! Second time I ordered delivery I told them this and that I would like a decent amount worth of hoisin this time, the guy on the phone said no problem.. well this time I got none at all. I really hope they start doing better with packaging accuracy.

  This was an interesting experience. The food was good, as was our server. However, it sounded like they were understaffed in the kitchen while we were there (food came out at different times) and I had to go for my third preference in beer because they were out of the first two. All-in-all, if I go back to Thunder Bay, I might try it again. The food was pretty good.
