  I lived here for one year and it was very good overall. The odd problem came up with my apartment but it was always tended to quickly. I couldn't afford many other places in this neighbourhood that were as nice as 1Eleven.

  It was total luck that I found 1Eleven when I did. I almost signed a lease at another place but happened upon an ad and decided to take a tour. I had the best suite mates and just loved the building. An awesome experience from start to finish.

  Before I moved here I was worried I wouldn't be happy living with a few other people in a suite. For someone who likes their privacy, that's me, it worked out surprisingly well. There was enough space for me to not feel crowded out or like I always had to socialize. The living space is a good size. If you're going to live with people you don't know, this is one of the best places to do it.

  I think if you really look at everything you're offered at 1Eleven, it's worthy of a good rating. It definitely could get dirty at times but I think that's more on the residents and not a shortcoming of the management. At the very least, if you're looking for a place to live as a student, you should see the building for yourself.

  Hope I can give a ZERO star rating. They are just like one of those money sucking monsters. Brand themselves as those high-end living apartment. Trust me, you can find better ones in downtown. The management team sucks. All they do is try to make their own rules to trap you into the lease and making false advertisement to suck you into their money sucking black hole. They don’t care your living at all. I feel sick when I look at their dirty faces. The environment is just terrible, their “smart wall system” in the double is basically the fence that you can find inside a public bathroom. The place looks nice outside, but is nasty inside. No privacy at all! The kitchen is basically just a stove, no exhaust, plus the small window. You would expect the smell of food for hours after cooking. And most importantly, they pay for the five star ratings, so don’t ever trust them! The apartment is dirty as hell!
