  Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful, I was going to buy a cheap canon printer, but they warned me that buying the cartridges in the long run would cost more, instead I should pay a bit more upfront for a printer with a larger cartridge. Unlike the other comment, I believe they are honest people, if all they want is money, they would've let me bought the canon printer just sell me the cartridge, instead they told me how to save money on cartridge. Not a lot of stores are willing to teach their customers how to save money in buying their product.

  He is dishonest to deal with. When you buy a toner cartridge from him he sells it to you and tells you it is a brother printer cartridge. But when I got home I noticed that the tape they place on the side of the printer cartridge was not there and the cartridge would not work in my Brother laser printer. So 40 minutes later I took the cartridge back to the store and asked for a refund. The man that runs the store told me that I switched the toner cartridge. Then I pointed out to him that his initials were on the cartridge so then he says yes I bought the toner cartridge from him. Then the man that runs the store took the toner cartridge and placed it on a scale and he told me that the cartridge weighs less so I used it to print.I told him why did you not weigh the cartridge when you sold it to me. Do not deal with these people they are very dishonest and a total fraud.
