  Good sales a lot of good items to choice ..but the girl that working at the cash has no customer service ...sucks .she need more training ... i told her need to give you my e-mail she no we only for new customer and i look for last but she never ask, how she can look ,she does know if im new or old. customer cashier# 551642 .......

  Good clothes and sales... but if one more person walks up to me with a fake smile saying 'hi how are you? Anything i can help u with?'...i will literally knock someone out. Within 5 minutes in the store i had 4 staff ask my the SAME DARN QUESTION! Pleeaasee give me some space!!!

  Wonderful staff! Always willing to help and provide suggestions. They have a great clearance section in the back too. Store usually has some sort of promotion.

  I never write reviews but I felt I had to give Hyba Eaton Centre a big shout out for their customer service during my visit today. I bought some leggings from the Eaton Centre location and after wearing them 3 times, there was a hole in the seam. I brought them back today without a receipt expecting to be turned away as most retailers do. Not only did they order a new pair to be sent to my home, but they gave me a store credit for a percentage of the price I paid. They were pleasant and helpful. I can't say I've experienced such superb customer service anywhere else. Thanks ladies!
