Unfortunately am no longer a returning customer. :( Booked a room that advertised a spa tub for a romantic night with my partner. (my tub is tiny at home!!) Hotel had plenty of notice to inform us of the error (including speaking with us prior to check in) and chose to let us know upon arrival. They offered us a suite that was clearly just meant to fit more people. Separate rooms, and bathrooms...... not romantic at all. I expressed my discontent, and that I would have booked somewhere else had I known, but I had no choice but to stay because we had tickets to see a show in a few hours. Front desk staff were not apologetic and acted as though I should have been grateful. I just wanted to stay in the room I booked, as advertised. It was WHY I chose the hotel. We contacted the hotel after our stay and they offered us 25% off our next stay. Honestly, it was an incredibly expensive night to not get what I paid for. We saved up for this night together. A refund would have rectified the issue, but I simply will not come back to this hotel.

Magnifique hôtel qui marie l'ancestral au moderne. Service courtois et sympathique. Déjeuner inclus haut de gamme. Très bien situé, au coeur du vieux Montréal, près du vieux port et du métro.

Lovely hotel with welcoming adjacent restaurant for breakfast. Luc the concierge was great -- really went out of his way to make my stay more pleasant. A great boutique hotel with high level of personal attention and service.

Photos speak more than my thousand words. But the temperature in the room was too cold (went there in winter). And we had to ask for slippers. So, expect an old styled hotel (also the supplies) but it was cozy and a lovely experience for tourists. Btw, the welcome drinks was a very warm surprise. Would like to praise the person who thought of offering these kinds of tiny gestures.
