  It's a nice place. The rooms smell and the bathrooms are tiny, the beds arn't stable and shake. I found a beer bottle cap in my room. But, for the price this place is not bad. Don't expect good WiFi, the wifi is trash.

  Good place stay for sometime if you are planning to settle down in Winnipeg. Heard so many horror stories about capri motel before arriving. But later realized they were exaggerated stories. Good place stay if you are not the person who do not get upset with minor issues. Don't book this place IF YOU ARE A SNOW FLAKE!!!

  The room was fine and you get what you pay for I guess. The problem was the heat. The room was cold all night. There was the thermostat, but it didn't seemed to be working. So, if the maintenance can check all the rooms before they have them booked for the customers would be appreciated.

  If you concern only to stay in a great location with easy access to many Bus routes , Capri is the best place to be. Many groceries , Dolarama , Safeway etc are nearby. Prepared Food or Burgers are widely available and A&W is very close. No issues with Electricity , lighting , hot water , cold water , bath room , stove , microwave Owen , Coffee Maker , water heater , refregerator , A/C or room heaters. Not the best place or not the worst place. Essentially Capri deliver value for money. Coin Laundry charge only $4 for wash and dry. For the money we pay I believe we can not ask for more. Deposit $500 & 1200 is the monthly rate then.

  It needs updating, but it's warm, secure and the staff are friendly. The price is the best we found in city, but it's certainly not upscale. We came for December and it was pretty quiet. I'd come back if I need an inexpensive place to stay.
